How the platform works at a high level.
The big-picture answers about responsibility, quality, and guarantees.
Is there a guaranteed quote?
No. Aegora is designed to maximise the chance of getting a relevant quote quickly, but it cannot guarantee that a provider will respond within the requested window or that a response will match the organiser budget.
How does Aegora help with quality?
The platform is built around verified providers, service-area coverage, and a cleaner quoting workflow. Over time, feedback and reviews help strengthen signal, but Aegora is still a connector rather than the company delivering the medical service itself.
What happens if a job is cancelled?
Cancellations should be discussed directly with the provider. Aegora is the connector, not the service provider, so the provider's own terms and conditions still govern the commercial relationship and cancellation policy.
Does Aegora operate the medical coverage itself?
No. Aegora is not the event medic, ambulance operator, or safety contractor. It helps organisers find providers and helps providers quote clearly, but the selected provider remains responsible for delivery.
What organisers usually need to know before sending a brief.
Questions about timing, accounts, quote quality, and risk information.
Do I need an account to use Aegora as an organiser?
No. Public request submission is intentional. You can create and send a brief without getting blocked by account setup. Having an account later can help centralise activity, but it is not required to get started.
How quickly can I expect quotes?
That depends on the quote window you choose. Short windows are treated as more urgent and can drive faster outreach, but they may also reduce provider availability. Aegora is built to move quickly, not to promise a specific response count.
What if none of the quotes fit?
You can simply choose not to confirm a provider. Many organisers refine the brief, expand the timeline, or change scope and submit again if the first round does not produce the right result.
Why does the request ask about event risk and service area?
Those details help providers quote responsibly and surface compliance questions earlier. Attendance, venue setup, outdoor conditions, alcohol service, and service area all influence the type of coverage that should be quoted.
What providers ask before they join.
The essentials around matching, licensing, service areas, and subcontracting.
How do providers get matched to requests?
Aegora routes requests based on service type, coverage, and service area so providers see briefs that align with what they actually deliver.
Do providers need to be licensed?
Providers should only list services and service areas they are properly authorised to cover. The platform is built around that expectation, because organisers need confidence before they confirm a provider.
Can providers support more than one region or country?
Yes. Aegora is intentionally designed with service-area language so providers can be configured across multiple regions as the platform expands.
Can providers subcontract confirmed work?
Yes, so long as the subcontracting is handled responsibly and the downstream provider is properly licensed for that service area. Aegora supports both outsourcing overflow and accepting overflow work.
The commercial answers in plain English.
The short version is simple: free for organisers, free for providers, and no hidden platform commission.
How much does it cost organisers?
Nothing. Organisers can submit requests, receive quotes, and confirm providers without a platform fee.
How much does it cost providers?
Nothing. Providers can register, receive matched briefs, and submit quotes without a subscription or commission fee.
Does Aegora add hidden charges to the quote?
No. The provider quote is evaluated directly by the organiser. Aegora does not position itself as a hidden pricing layer on top of the service.
